The room was very clean, the hotel staff was very nice. The hotel is situated at the border between Constanta and Mamaia, however few minutes walking to the "gondola" to reach the centre of Mamaia.

I found the Oxford hotel ideally situated for the beach and the water parks, prices were very reasonable, and the staff were very friendly, the room it self was very clean and well maintained
