Located near the town Albac ALBAC Gorge Nature Reserve is spread over approximately 35 hectares. Aries Big River Gorge are the work that has eroded limestone and dolomite cuarţitele creating a very picturesque gorge sector.
Keys are the most impressive throughout the Aries, located at the boundary between the two common and Albac Scarisoara. Formerly known as "Keys to Zugai" now recognized as the "Gorge Aries".
Currently considered a natural reserve, and includes many underground cavities. The longest cave in the area is Huda Blind, measuring 132 m and is located in the left side of the valley Valceana. The second is the longest cave in Dudesti Way and the third pit from Tryphon. 4 km long, these keys impress with the height of the walls, the narrow portions and fast through the river has cut ford.
Limestone and dolomite beds arranged in hundreds of feet thick guard the national highway that links the counties of Alba, and Bihar. The walls outward keys springs whose waters descend noisy and hasty in Aries. The river comes the only area left downstream tributary to the Upper Guard Albac, barren valley.
